Shipping and Delivery
Locations: Hampton Ivy ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Hampton Ivy ships merchandise internationally to 240 countries outside of the U.S. as well. Please be aware, any customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer, not Hampton Ivy.
Carrier: Hampton Ivy ships all of our packages through the United States Postal Service.
Expected Shipment: Every Hampton Ivy jewelry piece is made to order, this in most cases means the order will be shipped out 3-5 days after order is placed. Our scarves can take 2-3 weeks to ship after ordered. Our pillows can take approximately a week. If you have a question about speedier shipping, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days after delivery date.
Hampton Ivy has the right to deny any returns or exchanges.
Cost of return shipping will be paid by Hampton Ivy for customers in the United States only.
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping labels will be mailed to customer upon request. Labels must be taped on return package with packing tape.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for purchase.
Refunds will not be processed until merchandise is returned in the condition it arrived in. Exchanges will not be sent out until original item is returned in the condition it arrived in as well.
Hampton Ivy cannot offer refunds or exchanges for our merchandise purchased from another store.
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
