Wholesale Policies
Welcome to Hampton Ivy! We're so happy you want to carry our products in your store!
We have a few policies for wholesale orders that we've outlined below.
Order minimum - We have a wholesale order minimum of $300 (USD) for both opening orders and re-orders online. Occasionally we can wave this minimum for re-orders only, and only through email.
Production time - It takes approximately two to three weeks to make orders. This is due to the size of orders and the handmade nature of our items.
Shipping - All of our orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders usually ship with Priority Mail and international orders usually ship with Standard First Class. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping upgrades are also available.
Payment - Payment is required before orders are fulfilled. We accept payments via credit card or PayPal.
Cancellations - Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. If there is anything you need to change or modify with your order, please email us immediately.
Customization - Certain items can be customized for you. Is there a pattern you'd love but we don't have listed? A different color leather you'd like? Contact us first to ensure we can create the custom items you want before placing your order.
Returns, Refunds, Damages, Repairs - If any products arrive damaged or in need of repair or replacement, contact us first and we will arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us. Once the damaged items are returned we will repair them or send their replacements. Regular returns are not accepted and refunds cannot be given.
Samples - If you would like to see a few samples of our products before placing your order, please contact us. Payment is required for samples.
Pricing - For brick and mortar stores, we of course recommend you price your items at our retail prices, but once the items are in your possession it's your choice on what prices you place on them. We have no policies against putting them on sale either.
For online stores and drop ship partners, we require you to price your items at at least our retail prices. If you wish to price them higher, feel free, but not lower. We do not approve of putting our products "on sale", but we will allow coupons/promo codes at final checkout to be applied to our items. You will still pay the full wholesale price before we drop ship to your customer.
Also, when placing your orders online, be sure to double check that the items in your cart have "(Wholesale)" in their name. At this time, we're unable to prevent our retail listings from showing up in the slideshows at the bottom of wholesale listings (that say "You May Also Like", "Related Items" or "More From This Collection"), so make sure you don't mistakenly add one of those to your cart instead of the wholesale version.
